Healthy Raspberry Crumble Bowls

Back with more healthy desserts. And this time, made in 5 minutes, if that.
This light dish is nutritious and so easy to make. The raspberries are complimented well by the nuts and coconut. This would even be perfect for a quick breakfast. Full of good fats and proteins, who wouldn’t like this crumble…

Makes 1 bowl
takes approx. 5 minutes

60g of raspberries
1 teaspoon of desiccated coconut or coconut flakes
50g walnuts
60g almonds
50g pitted dates
sprinkle of salt

1. Start by blitzing your walnuts and almonds in a food processor until a course meal is formed.
2. Then add your dates and salt, and blitz again until combined. Don’t over process the dates, a few lumps are nice!
3. Empty into a mixing bowl, and fold in your raspberries before serving in a dish.
4. Sprinkle your coconut on top, and enjoy.

Best eaten straight away.
