Perfect healthy side dish, full of flavour, made in under 10 minutes. Whenever dining out, and when they’re on the menu, we always order a side of wok fried greens. Especially in wagamamas. They’re a healthy choice and full of flavour.
This side dish is a perfect accompaniment to many Asian main dishes such as crispy tofu or thai curries. The pak choy absorbs the juices perfectly, and the broccoli and nuts give a tasty crunch. Feel free to substitute or add in any other greens that you like – spinach, asparagus or runner beans would also work really well.
