These almond butter chocolate cubes are simple to make, free from dairy, gluten and refined sugars and require no baking. Perfect for making in this heatwave! They are the perfect healthy snack when you are craving something sweet to eat.
makes 8 cubes
takes approx. 20 minutes
150g of dairy free dark chocolate
4 teaspoons of almond butter (I used pipandnut)
8 chopped almonds
1. Melt your dark chocolate and empty a little (6g to be precise in each) into your ice cube moulds.
2. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes to set.
3. Spoon 1/2 a teaspoon (a blob) of almond butter into each mould and then pour the remaining chocolate over them.
4. Sprinkle with chopped almonds and salt and put back in freezer for 10 minutes to set.
Store in fridge!
