Homemade Fruit Lollies

need something refreshing in this heatwave?

Look no further. Grab yourself some ice lolly moulds (I got mine for £3 from amazon!), and get lolly making.

Free from dairy, gluten and refined sugars, these Fruit Lollies are a perfect healthy refreshing treat on these sunny days. They are fun to make, and taste so so fresh. Mix up what fruit and colours you fancy and enjoy!

Makes 6 lollies
takes approx. 3 hours

Ingredients

Red Layer
140g strawberries
60ml water
the juice of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons of maple syrup

Orange Layer
130g orange
80ml water
the juice of 1 lemon

Green Layer
3 kiwis
45ml water

Method

To make the red layer
1. In a food processor/blender blitz all of the ingredients until smooth.
2. Empty mixture between 6 ice lolly moulds and place in freezer for 30 minutes to set.

To make the orange layer
1. In a food processor/blender blitz all of the ingredients until smooth.
2. Empty mixture in the ice lolly moulds on top of the red layer.
3. Add your lollipop sticks and tops in now!
3. Place in freezer for 30 minutes.

To make the green layer
1. In a food processor/blender blitz your kiwis and add the water.
2. Empty into the ice lolly moulds.
3. Insert lolly sticks into lollys and place back in freezer for 2 hours.

Remove from moulds and enjoy!

Notes
Store in freezer
