Reese’s pieces who?
How about if I told you that you can create something that taste’s just as good, is healthier for you, and a fraction of the price of Reese’s pieces?
Here are my dairy free Homemade Peanut Butter cups that taste incredible and are super easy to make. All they require is a little help from your trusty freezer.
The combination of peanut butter and chocolate is one of the very best in my opinion. The slight saltiness of the peanut butter works a treat with the sweetness of the chocolate.
I use pipandnut peanut butter as it contains no added sugars or palm oils. Just simply peanuts and salt. The best kind!
makes 10 cups
takes approx. 25 minutes
400g of dairy free dark chocolate
10 teaspoons of peanut butter (I used pipandnut)
10 muffin cases
1. Melt your dark chocolate in the microwave and then pour approx. 20g in each muffin case.
2. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes to set.
3. Spoon 1 teaspoon of peanut butter into each muffin tray and then pour the remaining chocolate over them. (another 20g over each)
4. Put back in freezer for 15 minutes to set.
Store in fridge!
