anything you can do, we can do vegan
Just when you think you’ve found a dish that can’t be vegan-ised, you get proven wrong. This feta free greek salad is free from dairy, meat and gluten.
It takes minutes to whip together and is super cheap in cost.
I’ve found a great alternative to feta, which is made from coconut oil and still packs that lovely feta taste, just without the dairy. I got it from
Sainsbury’s and it can be found in their free from aisle in the fridges. It looks exactly like feta and crumbles in the same way. I actually prefer the taste to normal feta, as it’s not as strong. So you can eat twice as much!
Perfect for dinner parties or entertaining guests, this salad can be made in advance and stored in the fridge. Plus it requires no cooking! Amazing for these hot summer evenings, well in our sweaty flat anyway.
