the easiest sweet treat
Singing praises about the 30p dark chocolate in Lidl again! It is the nicest vegan dark chocolate I am yet to find. This bark is super quick and easy to make. Plus you can throw whatever toppings you have in your cupboards onto it.
takes approx. 20 minutes
350g dairy free dark chocolate
25g goji berries
25g chopped hazelnuts
10g coconut shreds
1. Melt your dark chocolate in a microwave and spread on some baking paper on a baking tray.
2. Sprinkle on your goji betties, pistachios, hazelnuts and coconut shreds.
3. Place baking tray in the freezer to harden for 15 minutes.
4. Break slab of chocolates into shards and enjoy!
Store in fridge.
