Green Smoothie

full of ALLLLLL the good stuff

Using my delicious Ninja Kitchen which was kindly gifted to me, I present this delicious green smoothie.

Such a quick and easy way to get some goodness in when you’re in a rush. And you can really throw whatever you like in it. If you’re going to be replacing a meal with it, I suggest you maybe add some oats or another banana to bulk it out.

I preferably have it as a snack, because I love food way too much to miss a meal. It’s free from dairy and gluten and you can’t taste the spinach. It just makes it green, and is a fabulous way of getting in some nutrients. It enhances nutrient absorption, which can lead to increased energy levels and improved digestion. This smoothie contains antioxidants that can also be fabulous for your skin. So get green smoothie-ing!!
