back with the perfect pre/post workout bite
So I’ve found my new favourite blend of protein powder, and it’s the vanilla flavour from Form Nutrition . I’m slowly working my way through each flavour, and I’m yet to be disappointed. The tiramisu flavour is glorious too! Their products are free from dairy, soy, gluten and GM plus they contain no fillers, artificial colours or flavourings. Yet they still taste heavenly! Win win!
I’m a big fan of preparing some plant based snacks on a Sunday, to set me up for the week. A couple of reasons for this being to avoid spending unnecessary money on outrageously expensive store bought snacks, and secondly to ensure I’m not reaching for sugar laced alternatives.
These bars are super quick and easy to make, so there are no excuses. Only 5 ingredients needed, and it’s as simple as adding everything to the food processor and blending until combined. Plus no baking is required either. Just a little hand from your fridge or freezer (freezer in my case because I’m very impatient!)
The peanut butter and vanilla flavours work beautifully together, and I love that they kinda stick to the roof of your mouth. Makes the taste last longer right? Well carry on reading, and let me know how you get on. Feel free to use any protein powder of your choice.
