Smoothie bowls are my new obsession, especially now the weather is being a little kinder to us. You can throw in all of your favourites, just remember to always have some bananas in the freezer.
They’re perfect for post workout, plus they’re super refreshing. Should you not want to use protein powder, just substitute it for more cacao powder, to give a lovely creamy chocolate taste.
Peanut butter and chocolate is a match made in heaven, and if you’ve never tried them together, then you’re in for a treat. Top with all of your favourites, and demolish in seconds. I’m also currently obsessed with Nakd Peanut Bars so I cut one bar into little chunks to add. Extra peanutty delicious. They’re literally just made some dates and peanuts, and I’ve got it on my to-do list to recreate. If i can nail a recipe, we’ll all be saving pennies ay! More banana, and crushed peanuts, raspberries and a drizzle of peanut butter and we are finished. Pure heaven in a bowl. As always, let me know how you get on!

2 frozen bananas
2 tablespoons of nut butter (I used Pics Peanut Butter smooth)
1 scoop of chocolate protein of choice
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
5 ice cubes
150ml plant based milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
1/2 teaspoon of cacao powder
Toppings of choice
Method (the shortest one ever)
1. Chuck it all in and BLITZ BABY. 2. Top with your faves, and inhale (before it melts)
