you guys asked for more protein based snacks, so here you go….
Using tiramisu flavoured performance protein from Form Nutrition these little bites taste absolutely divine, take no time at all to make, and require no baking.
Beware, they might stick to the roof of your mouth, but I LOVE THAT. Let’s savour that taste forever and ever. I’ve had quite a few requests for high protein snacks, so these are perfect for pre/post workout, or for those 11am and 3pm snacks. Completely free from dairy and eggs, the peanut butter helps bind the bites together, and compliments that tiramisu flavour so so well.
They take literally seconds to prepare, and then you can get them in the fridge to firm up a little. Ready for the week ahead. So get a batch made, and save your pennies on those expensive store bought high protein snacks.

takes approx. 30 minutes
3 scoops of Form Nutrition Tiramisu powder
200g oats (use gluten free if required)
125g peanut butter (smooth)
3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
1. Simply, add all of the ingredients into the food processor and blitz until combined.
2. Flatten mixure on surface, and use a cookie cutter of choice to cut into bites.
3. Place in fridge to set for 30 minutes.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
