This beautiful weather calls for SMOOTHIE BOWLS right?
They’re perfect for post workout, plus they’re super refreshing. And the best thing about them is that they are so quick to make. You can add all of your favourites, and get a flavour sensation. This bowl is berry inspired, packed with frozen and topped with fresh. The yoghurt makes it extra creamy, and added protein for muscle recovery after any workouts.
In my opinion it wouldn’t be a smoothie bowl if it didn’t contain, and wasn’t topped with the trusty peanut butter. But feel free to use any nut butter of choice, and for those who don’t like nut butters, just omit it. Let me know how you get on, and what are your favourite ingredients when it comes to smoothies or smoothie bowls?
