Chocolate Espresso Frozen Cubes

The dreamiest of combos

Anything chocolate coffee flavoured I am sold. Two of my favourite things combined into one. What more could you want? These creamy cubes are made in minutes, and you just have to throw them in the freezer to set.

Enjoy by simply placing on your tongue, or if you’re feeling extra fancy, use them as ice cubes in your smoothies.

makes approx 20 cubes
takes 2 hours

Ingredients
3/4 can (300ml) of coconut milk (I used Natures Charm)
150g dark chocolate (I used Benefit Chocolate’s Energy Bars)
1 heaped teaspoon of coffee granules/powder
100ml Rebel Kitchen Coffee

Method
1. Melt the dark chocolate until smooth, and then combine with the coconut milk, coffee and coffee granules.

2. Pour mixture into ice cube tray, and place in freezer to set for a minimum of 2 hours.
